ハラール・ヴィーガン認証を取得し、ノンアルコールでもありますのでベジタリアンや様々な宗教の方々にも安心して食して頂けるユニバーサルフードです。 西表島と波照間島産の黒糖に福岡八女産の抹茶と緑茶を混ぜて一つ一つ丁寧に手作りしています。黒糖ベースでエグみがなく、まろやかな味です。 また、一般的な黒糖菓子と違いさっくりと柔らかい食感で、なめらかな口どけをお楽しみ 頂けます。 さらに無香料無着色無添加で中身は個別包装となっています。

This product is Halal and Vegan certified and non-alcoholic , so it is universal food that can be enjoyed by vegetarians and people of various religions. Each one is carefully handmade by mixing brown sugar from Iriomote and Hateruma Island of Okinawa prefecture with matcha and green tea from Yame, Fukuoka prefecture. The brown sugar base gives it a mellow taste with soft texture. Furthermore, it is fragrance-free, colorant-free, and additive-free, also the contents are individual packaged.

美味しい召し上がり方

1. 塩水付け海ぶどうをザルに移し塩水を切ります。
2. 塩気を切った海ぶどうを水に浸し戻します。この間に海ぶどうがみるみる大きくなります。
3. 再度ザルに移し水で優しく洗いすすぐとプチプチとした海ぶどうに戻ります。
4. 水気を切り、お皿に盛り付け、ポン酢やドレッシング、チリソースなどにつけてお召し上がりください。

Delicious way to enjoy

1. Transfer the sea grapes pickled in salt water to a colander and drain.
2. Soak the drained sea grapes in water and rehydrate.
   During this time, the sea grapes grow rapidly.
3. Transfer to a colander again wash gently with water, and rinse to return to bubble-bubble sea grapes.
4. Drain the water, place on a plate, and enjoy with ponzu sauce, dressing, chili sauce,etc.
